Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account..

4. Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for: creating event listings that are accurate and lawful; setting ticket prices and refund policies; compliance with local laws, permits, and venue rules; and fulfilling obligations to attendees

5. Ticket Sales, Fees & Payments

Pakua charges organizers a commission as outlined on the Pricing page. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Pakua is not responsible for payment disputes between organizers and attendees except where Pakua has explicitly agreed to act as the payment facilitator.

6. Ticket Transfer & Resale

Ticket transfer and resale policies are determined by organizers. Unauthorized resale or duplication of tickets is prohibited and may result in ticket invalidation.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund policies are set by event organizers and must be clearly displayed on the event page. Pakua may, at its discretion, facilitate refunds in accordance with organizer policy and applicable law.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not: use the Service for illegal activities; impersonate others; interfere with the Service; attempt to reverse engineer the Service; or upload content that infringes third-party rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including trademarks, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by Pakua. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pakua and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Pakua's total aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid to Pakua by the organizer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pakua from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
